Outside of the U.S.
Due to customs issues, we only use the United
States Post Office for shipments outside of the
United States, using Economy Parcel Post (4 to 6
weeks) or Air Parcel Post (4 to 10 days).
The amount of your postage will not show up
initially under "approximate shipping costs", but
if you click on "change shipping destination," you
will receive an approximate shipping cost for your
country (but you must include something in the ZIP
Code field, in addition to the Country field).
