Unlike other coconut farmers, Laureece farmers earn 60% from the gross total production per liter of virgin coconut oil, which is twenty percent higher than what other coconut farmers in the Philippines earn.

Rather than having to borrow money to purchase equipment, Laureece farmers are able to process their coconuts using equipment and materials provided by our company.  Not having to buy their own equipment allows each Laureece farmer to earn an extra 15 to 20 percent more than their counterparts.

Laureece is registered with the Philippine Department of Trade, which is committed to fair trade practices for coconut farmers in the Philippine Islands.  Not only is the PDT committed to fair treatment of our farmers, but to the quality of the products we produce as well.

In addition, coconut farmers in the Philippines are protected from unfair trade practices through their membership in the Coconut Farmers Federation (CocoFed).  Each farmer that works for Laureece is a member of this organization.

To reach our goal without sacrificing the quality of our product, the Laureece Company provides free seminars, training, supervision, equipment and materials to our coconut farmers. Our experts buy directly matured coconuts from the organic farms operated by our farmers. We pay the farmers for every liter they produce. We give incentives and benefits, and we treat them as part of the company and our family.
